Pfizer Vaccination Camp at ICP for kids 12 and above on Sunday, May 23, 2021 from 10:00 am to 12:00 pm

As'Salaamu Alaiykum -

UPMC, in coordination with AIM Free Clinic, with the support of ICP, will be conducting a free COVID vaccination camp at ICP on Sunday, May 23, 2021, from 10:00 am till 12:00 pm.

Pfizer vaccine will be administered by UPMC staff, and kids age 12 and above are eligible to get vaccinated. Don't miss this opportunity and get your kids also vaccinated.

Registration is required, please follow the below steps to get yourself registered to make it easy for everyone else involved.

- Visit https://vaccine.upmc.com and click on "Create My Account". You will be asked to provide an email or phone number and you'll receive a verification code on whatever you chose. Enter the verification code you received and continue filling out the details and you'll be then be given a time slot. Please make sure to pick "Central PA" as the region and select "UPMC @ ICP" from the list.

- If you can't register online you can call 844-876-2822 to register via phone and an operator will help you register. There are many language choices available as well. Please tell them about UPMC @ ICP as your location.

- If you only speak Arabic then you can call 833-660-2416 and choose option 3 to talk to an Arabic-speaking person to register via phone.

- Today, after Jumuah, community volunteers will be available to handout paper forms, if none of the above options work for you, you can fill out those paper forms and hand it over to us. You'll be told a time slot when you can come to ICP to get vaccinated.

Please do your level best to,
1. Register online at https://vaccine.upmc.com/
2. Call 844-876-2822 and register via phone if online wouldn't work for you.
3. Fill out the paper forms after Jumuah if none of the above options work for you.
